About SisLoveThe blueprint for SisLove Publishing started in 2005 as a means for an undergraduate student, Seora Casper, to help pay her way through school at Mississippi College. It was there that she realized that her knack for writing could serve as an enterprise. However, no immediate action was taken toward establishing any business venture. It wasn't until she met Cassandra Holmes in 2011, that the close friendship and bond was born that would ultimately lead to SisLove's creation and establishment.
Seora, an MC alumnus by that time, and Cassandra, a University of Southern Mississippi alumnus, wife, and mother of two, had a lot in common, particularly their shared natural talent for writing in various forms. They both also aspired to be successful female business owners although neither of them thought (at the time) to use their shared gift in their individual endeavors. It wasn't until 2016 that they realized that there was something more that could be done. By that time, Cassandra and Seora had collaborated on numerous writing projects, editing services and other scopes of work in technical writing. While still receiving requests concerning business plans, dissertations and other projects (i.e. resume building and updates, and grant proposal letters), Cassandra and Seora decided to allow their gifts "to make room for them." As a result, SisLove Publishing was born. |
Almost exclusively through word of mouth, SisLove Publishing has developed into a unique business geared toward providing such services as content writing, resume building, editing, and other general writing needs. These two young ladies have adopted the mantra Let Our Work Speak for You, as a means of not only soliciting clients, but also conveying a sense of confidence that will assure customers of what they will be receiving: All projects will be met and addressed with a two-fold approach that consists of open and frequent communication concerning requirements and expectations, very close attention to detail, thorough research, and a quality end product.
The company's objective is to provide high quality work and superior customer service to all who utilize our services. This objective is, in our opinion, the best practice to exercise while on the road to becoming the premier consulting agency in the writing and publishing industry to both novice and seasoned members in the field.
